myTacho app for iPhone and iPad

myTacho is a free app for commercial drivers working for companies subscribed to either TachoWeb tariff Live or Telematics at DAKO GmbH. Drivers can easily register for www.meine-fahrerkarte.de by using their companys access to the TachoWeb portal. Afterwards, they can use the free online portal, as a service from DAKO GmbH, and the myTacho app to manage their individual driving, working and rest periods.

The myTacho app shows drivers the driving periods and working hours currently available to them, along with an overview of their tachograph activities for the last 24 hours.
myTacho is currently available in German, English, Polish and Danish.

Developments and features planned for the future include being able to evaluate shifts and social violations, warnings when the Working Hours Act is breached, a calendar with an overview of future appointments (eg, driving licence renewal, modules specific to the professional drivers qualification act (BKrQG)) and a damage report, which the driver can quickly and easily use to inform all key parties about damage to the vehicle or cargo.

A data connection is needed to use myTacho (you can adjust the frequency of data retrieval in the settings).
